AS Roma have completed the signing of Greek international defender Konstantinos Koulierakis from Wolfsburg for a fee of around 15 million euros.
The 23-year-old centre-back, who previously played for PAOK and Wolfsburg, will wear the No. 33 shirt for the Italian club. Roma announced the deal on August 1.
Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano reported that the two clubs had reached full agreement on the transfer, adding that Koulierakis had come to a preliminary agreement with Roma as early as July 29.
Koulierakis made his debut for the Greek national team at the age of 18 and has earned 22 caps. He left PAOK in the summer of 2024 to join Wolfsburg, where he made 66 appearances across all competitions, scoring four goals and providing three assists. Wolfsburg were relegated from the Bundesliga last season.
