Russian pop singer Bianka, whose real name is Tatiana Lipnitskaya, has announced she bought a three-story house, paying the full amount in cash rather than taking out a mortgage.

She revealed the purchase while speaking to the Telegram channel "Zvezdach" at a birthday celebration for Russian Radio, one of Russia's major national radio stations.
Renovation delays
Bianka said the house's renovation had already dragged on for several months and that she was eager for it to finish. She said the furniture had not yet arrived and that she would have to wait roughly another two months, which she said left her upset. As a result, she said she would not be able to celebrate her upcoming birthday in the new home.
She described the property as having been an empty shell when she bought it. She said work had included cosmetic renovation throughout, redoing the entire veranda, landscaping the grounds and adding a small gym. Everything, she said, was being done exactly to her own taste, calling it the house of her dreams, one she intends to live in for good.
Boho interior and a dressing room
Bianka said the interior design follows a bohemian style that blends Balinese influences with modern touches. She added that a walk-in dressing room will take up half of the house.
Paid in cash
On the financial side, Bianka said she is not the type of person who takes out loans to buy property. She said she paid for the house immediately in cash.
She did not disclose the location of the new property but said her neighbors include well-known musicians.
Other celebrity home plans
The singer's announcement follows a similar comment from fellow Russian singer Dima Bilan, the 2008 Eurovision Song Contest winner, who earlier said he wants to acquire a house or a plot of land in his native region of Kabardino-Balkaria, in southern Russia.
