Star Bulk Carriers has completed a public offering to list its shares on the Regulated Market of Euronext Athens, raising a total of €656 million after investor demand oversubscribed the offering more than six times over.
More than 7,500 investors expressed interest in the offering, the company said. The final offer price was set at €24.50 per share, with a total of 4.4 million common registered shares made available.

Star Bulk said the high participation from institutional and private investors in Greece and abroad reflected strong market confidence in the company's fundamentals, its resilient business model and its outlook.
Details of the allocation of the new shares distributed through the public offering will be announced on Tuesday, September 15, 2026. Trading in Star Bulk shares on the Regulated Market of Euronext Athens is set to begin on September 16, 2026.
