The Independent Authority for Public Revenue has launched the application system for transferring basic income support payment rights for sustainability for the year 2026. The decision was issued by AADE Governor Giorgos Pitsilis under official reference A.1165/2026, opening the electronic portal at dikaiomata.aade.gr.

Rights holders are permitted to transfer their basic income support payment rights either entirely or in part. The transferred rights form the financial foundation for receiving basic income support payments for sustainability in Greece.
Transfer conditions and eligibility
To receive transferred rights, the recipient farmer must be classified as an active farmer for the specific aid year in which the transfer takes place. In addition, the recipient must be legally and permanently established within Greek territory, except in cases involving inheritance.
Digital submission process
All applications must be submitted exclusively through digital channels by the transferor using personal TAXISnet login credentials. The transfer process is completed when the designated recipient logs in and formally accepts the transfer application online. An exception to this recipient acceptance step applies to transfers occurring due to inheritance.
Supported transfer categories
According to an official announcement from AADE, the online platform supports nine distinct categories of transfer:
- Definitive transfer of rights with land
- Definitive transfer of rights without land
- Definitive transfer of rights due to inheritance
- Lease of rights with land lease
- Change of personal details
- Termination of lease of rights with or without land
- Lease of rights without land
- Transfer of rights due to inheritance and simultaneous transfer to another farmer
- Termination of lease of rights with or without land and simultaneous transfer to another farmer
Transfer restrictions and deadline
The authority noted that rights allocated from regional reserves during the years 2023 to 2025 cannot be transferred. Exceptions to this prohibition are granted only for cases of inheritance, force majeure, or exceptional circumstances.
The online submission portal will accept applications until Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at 23:59.
