AEK Face Sint-Truiden in Closed-Door Friendly

AEK play another preseason friendly on Sunday, taking on Belgian side Sint-Truiden in the city of Mil at 15:00 on Cosmote Sport 1. The match will be played behind closed doors.

Heading into the game, AEK have recorded three wins, one draw and one defeat in preseason, with the loss coming against Samsunspor. Coach Marko Nikolic is expected to use the fixture to try out different formations and personnel and to assess the condition of his players.

After the final whistle, the squad will travel to Amsterdam before returning to Athens on a charter flight the same evening. A three-day break will follow before training resumes at Spata, with the Super Cup final against OFI on the horizon.

Sint-Truiden arrive in strong preseason form, having won five and drawn one of their matches before losing 1-0 to Helmond last Friday.
