Former Miss Trujillo Claudia Meza has been summoned by Peruvian prosecutors to give official testimony regarding events at a controversial 2019 party involving television personality Nicola Porcella.
The summons was issued in May by the First Corporate Provincial Criminal Prosecutor's Office of Mala as part of an ongoing investigation into allegations of improper touching and drugging at the gathering.
Prosecutorial Summons and Delayed Investigation
Meza revealed the recent legal development during an interview on the television program Magaly TV, la firme, hosted by prominent entertainment journalist Magaly Medina.
The beauty queen questioned why nearly seven years elapsed before judicial authorities summoned her again. She explained that the directive requires her to participate in a Gesell chamber session, a legal procedure used to record formal testimony, where she must recount the events she reported.
Addressing the prolonged delay, Meza said seven years had passed and she had only recently been called to undergo the Gesell chamber process and detail all that occurred. She acknowledged that while specific memory details could vary over time, she would never forget what happened to her.
The 2019 Mala Gathering and Key Figures Involved
The gathering, which took place in early 2019 in the coastal district of Mala, south of Lima, quickly became one of the most widely reported scandals in Peruvian entertainment news. The event became known publicly as the terror party following formal complaints filed by several attendees.
Among the primary figures named in connection with the investigation are Argentine influencer and former Combate reality television contestant Poly Avila, model Claudia Meza, businessman Faruk Guillen, and former Esto es Guerra participant Nicola Porcella.
Avila initiated the first legal complaint seven years ago after alleging that she was secretly drugged during the gathering. Her statement triggered extensive news coverage and prompted official inquiries into the evening.
Allegations of Drugging and Misconduct
Following Avila's report, Meza brought forward additional allegations detailing alleged unwanted touching and libidinous acts during the same event. In her formal statement, Meza specifically identified Faruk Guillen in connection with the alleged misconduct.
Porcella was linked to the public inquiry after Meza stated that she had traveled to and attended the Mala gathering after receiving an invitation from the former reality star.
The case remains under active investigation by the First Corporate Provincial Criminal Prosecutor's Office of Mala as authorities proceed with taking witness statements.
