These community programs focus on aiding survivors of domestic violence, supporting low-income families, and assisting children. The organization carries out its mission through professional counseling, educational training, leadership development, and direct community service.

Jacqueline Tineo, president and founder of Fundación De Mujer a Mujer, spoke about the deeper purpose behind the event. She stated that the congress represents far more than an annual organization activity.

Tineo said every woman possesses wings to rise again after experiencing hardship. She noted that the foundation's goal is to accompany women through their process of healing, restoration, and activation, adding that God transforms pain into purpose and always provides a new opportunity to be reborn and fly again.

Closing Ceremony on the Beach

The eighth international congress concluded with a spiritual sending-off ceremony held along the beach in Juan Dolio. Delegates gathered on the shore to participate in a symbolic prophetic act.

During the beach activity, each participant wrote down on paper the specific emotional burdens, wounds, fears, or bonds that had constrained her life. In a collective act of faith, the women burned the papers to symbolize leaving past pain behind.

Following the burning of the notes, participants launched white balloons into the sky. Organizers stated that the releasing of the balloons represented a flight toward a renewed life, symbolizing peace, freedom, hope, and a renewed commitment to walk with purpose.
