Greece launched the application platform for the Tourism for All 2026-2027 program at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 5, 2026. The scheme allows thousands of citizens to claim financial assistance for their holiday travel.
Applications are submitted gradually based on the last digit of the applicant Tax Identification Number (AFM). On August 5, submissions opened for numbers ending in 1 and 2, followed by 3 and 4 on August 6, 5 and 6 on August 7, 7 and 8 on August 8, and 9 and 0 on August 9. From August 10 through August 21, the platform will remain open to all applicants regardless of their tax number ending. The final deadline to apply is Friday, August 21, 2026, at 23:59.
Applicants can file their request online through the platform vouchers.gov.gr/tourism4all-2026-2027 using personal Taxisnet codes. Alternatively, applications can be submitted in person at any Citizen Service Center (KEP).
Application schedule and seasonal incentives
The Ministry of Tourism said the upgraded program forms part of a strategy for sustainable and balanced tourism development. The ministry said the initiative aims to increase visitation to different regions of Greece and during off-peak periods, while strengthening regional and social cohesion and domestic tourism. To support off-peak travel, 70 percent of the total budget is reserved for vacations taken between October and April, with higher subsidy amounts provided for winter and shoulder months.
Income eligibility criteria have been expanded to allow more middle-class households to participate. The maximum income limit for single people without children rises from 19,000 euros to 21,000 euros, while the threshold for married couples without children increases from 31,000 euros to 33,000 euros. For single-parent families and families with more than four children, income limits increase by 5,000 euros per child with no maximum income cap. Selected beneficiaries in any category with four or more dependent children will also receive an additional 50 euros per child.
Disability access and implementation phases
For the first time, people with disabilities of 67 percent or higher, as well as families with children with disabilities, can participate in the program without any income criteria.
The program will run in two distinct phases. The first phase completes by June 30, 2027, and the second phase runs until December 31, 2027. No new draw will take place for the second phase, as beneficiaries will be selected directly from the runner-up list of the lottery held in August 2026.

The program is implemented in cooperation with the Ministry of National Economy and Finance, the Ministry of Development, and the Ministry of Digital Governance, with Information Society SA acting as the implementing body.
