The celebrity couple owns two residential properties in Moscow, including a luxury duplex on Savvinskaya Embankment in the Khamovniki district. The home was created by combining three separate apartments measuring 55, 73, and 115 square meters into a two-level living space. Varum occupies the lower floor, while Agutin converted the upper level into a workspace and leisure area. The property is currently valued at approximately 160 million rubles.

Agutin and Varum also own a 163-square-meter apartment near the Aeroport metro station on Kochnovsky Proyezd, estimated to be worth around 47 million rubles. In addition, their real estate holdings in New Moscow include a two-story country mansion spanning 400 square meters in the village of Krekshino. The estate features a swimming pool, fruit orchard, and barbecue area. Media outlets report that purchasing a similar property today would cost around 60 million rubles.

Florida real estate holdings

The couple's international assets are even more extensive, with four separate real estate properties located in Florida. Their holdings include a residence measuring roughly 300 square meters, valued at a minimum of $2.3 million, and a 170-square-meter home that is currently rented out for approximately $7,000 per month.

Agutin and Varum also own a two-story mansion in Florida covering 320 square meters. The property includes three bedrooms, a terrace, a garage, and a swimming pool, with an estimated value of $3.6 million. Furthermore, Varum holds sole ownership of a 122-square-meter apartment in a residential complex in Aventura, located near Miami. Valued at approximately $359,000, or roughly 27 million rubles, the complex offers 24-hour security, a swimming pool, and a fitness center.

Krasnodar vineyards and rental income

Beyond residential real estate, Varum owns 50 hectares of vineyard land in the Temryuk District of Russia's southern Krasnodar Krai. Industry estimates indicate that agricultural land of that size in the region is valued starting from 18 million rubles.

Agutin and Varum are among Russia's most prominent pop performers, having built successful musical careers since the early 1990s before marrying in 2000. Khamovniki, located along the Moskva River, is one of Moscow's most expensive residential districts, while the Temryuk District on the Taman Peninsula serves as a key agricultural region for Russian viticulture.

Reports also revealed that Agutin recently increased the monthly rental rates on his American real estate. The musician decided to raise prices in response to growing property taxes in the United States, passing the additional expenses directly onto his tenants.
