During the latest broadcast of her television show, Medina released audio of a conversation between Saldaña and Custodio. In the recordings, the former band member revealed that she possessed video evidence depicting improper touching by Sánchez Chavesta.

Instead of addressing the severity of the accusations, Custodio questioned Saldaña about how she obtained the recordings. Medina criticized the business owner for prioritizing the origin of the footage over the complaint.

Accomplice Accusations and Legal Warnings

Medina accused Custodio of acting as an accomplice to the alleged aggressor by downplaying the singer's claims. She stated on air that Custodio appeared more concerned with how Saldaña recorded the footage than with her legitimate grievances.

The host added that Custodio's conduct in concealing the incident could carry criminal penalties. She expressed strong indignation during the television segment regarding his response to the artist.

Recorded Conversation Details

In the released audio, Saldaña voiced alarm regarding the behavior of Sánchez Chavesta and stated that Custodio was coming to realize the gravity of the situation. She warned that any woman entering the group could face the exact same behavior.

Custodio responded in the recording by questioning Saldaña's decision to gather video evidence. He told the singer that there was no need to record and stated that she was exposing Sánchez Chavesta because no one was permitted to enter the location where the cameras had been installed.
