Panathinaikos moved alone to the top of the Stoiximan Super League standings after beating Panetolikos 3-0 on matchday four, taking their tally to 12 points from four wins out of four.
Panetolikos had also gone into the match unbeaten, but the defeat left them level on 9 points with PAOK and OFI in a three-way tie for the places behind Panathinaikos.
PAOK moved up to second place after winning the derby against Aris 2-0, a result that lifted the Thessaloniki club above several rivals in the early-season table.
AEK held in Tripoli, Olympiacos beaten by OFI
AEK dropped points away from home, drawing 1-1 in Tripoli. The result left the Athens club in fifth place with 8 points after four rounds.
Olympiacos suffered a setback of their own, losing to OFI in Piraeus. The defeat left the Piraeus club in sixth place with 7 points, behind AEK and above Aris, who sit seventh with 6 points after their derby loss to PAOK.

About the Super League
The Super League is the top division of professional football in Greece, and Panathinaikos, AEK, Olympiacos and PAOK are traditionally regarded as the country's biggest and most successful clubs. Panetolikos, based in Agrinio, and OFI, based in Heraklion on Crete, are established members of the top flight who have built reputations as difficult sides to beat at the start of recent seasons.
