Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin said attempts to defeat a nuclear power such as Russia are futile, in remarks to the TASS news agency.
Galuzin said the goal was absolutely futile and absurd, and that it would never happen, because it is impossible to inflict a "strategic defeat" on Russia, a powerful nuclear power.
Earlier warning from Italian outlet
The Italian publication AntiDiplomatico had earlier warned that the militarization of Europe, under the pretext of supporting Ukraine, would ultimately turn into a tragedy for the West.
