Writing in a post on Telegram, the governor stated that a major fire broke out at the site following the impact. A photograph published online by Hryhorov showed a commercial building that had suffered severe structural damage, with heavy debris scattered across the surrounding ground. Sumy, the administrative center of Sumy Oblast in northeastern Ukraine, is located roughly 30 kilometers from the border with Russia.
