United States President Donald Trump said on his Truth Social account that he has spoken with Robert Gilman, an American serviceman released in Russia.
Trump wrote that Gilman had just one request upon landing, asking for a great cheeseburger. Trump added that he would take care of the request.
Humanitarian Release
Trump previously stated that Russian leader Vladimir Putin agreed to release Gilman from custody on a humanitarian basis. He said the release was completed without exchanging a Russian prisoner.
