The final gala is hosted at Rancho Tierra Sagrada by Cabo Adventures, a venue located in Cabo San Lucas on the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula. The event schedule was designed to maximize viewership across Mexico and benefit Spanish-speaking audiences in the United States.

Contestants and event host
A total of 32 contestants are officially confirmed for the final, each representing one of Mexico's federal entities. While some published reports referenced a group of 33 aspirators, media consultations confirmed no verifiable identity for a 33rd candidate.

Selection panel and judging process
The final outcome rests with an eight-member judging panel representing fashion, digital media, business, medicine and beauty pageants. The panel includes content creator Aaron Mercury and Mexican model Daniela Cossio, who was the first runner-up in Nuestra Belleza Mexico 2005.
Hotel businesswoman Ilda Ledesma, owner of Corazon Cabo Resort & Spa in Baja California Sur, serves on the jury alongside Inna Moll, Miss Universe Chile 2025, who achieved a Top 12 finish at the international pageant in Thailand.
Plastic surgeon Dr. Luis Gil, who brings experience from previous editions of the contest, joins Lina Luaces, Cuba's representative for Miss Universe 2025 and daughter of television presenter Lili Estefan.
The panel is rounded out by Lily Chenlu, president of the Board of Directors of the Zhonghua Cultural Exchange Association in Mexico, and Pepe Medel, a doctor in pedagogy from the National Autonomous University of Mexico, beauty contest historian, and former selection committee member for Miss Universe Mexico 2025.
