Netflix will premiere the third season of "My Life with the Walter Boys" on Thursday, August 6, 2026, nearly a year after the second season ended.
The new season picks up after Jackie Howard (Nikki Rodriguez) and Cole Walter (Noah LaLonde) confessed their feelings for each other, a moment overheard by Alex Walter (Ashby Gentry), while George Walter (Marc Blucas) faced a health crisis. The characters will now have to confront both storylines in the new episodes.
Rodriguez told Tudum that a great deal happens in the first episode. LaLonde said what happens at the end of season two is any child's worst nightmare, adding that it puts a lot of things into perspective. Gentry said Alex understands that Jackie does not know why she feels the way she does about Cole, and that this is okay, noting that when pain arrives, actions and their consequences cannot always be explained logically or rationally.
Season 3 Storylines
According to Netflix's official synopsis, as the Walters deal with the repercussions of recent events, they discover what truly matters and the importance of pursuing what they love. With their romantic lives up in the air, Alex focuses on his new rodeo team, while Cole takes the wheel of his life after a race car driver spots his potential. Jackie throws herself into developing a community space for the town, but finds it hard to forget the life she left behind when a childhood friend arrives from New York.
Showrunner, creator and executive producer Melanie Halsall said the season is about growing up, maturing and taking on responsibility. She said Alex matures more than anyone else between the second and third seasons and is on the rise, while Cole trades the mechanic's garage for the driver's seat at the racetrack. Halsall said they wanted to give Cole something for himself this season, explaining that racing replaces the excitement he felt playing football.

As with previous seasons, the new episodes will be available exclusively on Netflix with a subscription to the streaming service.
