Chinese technology manufacturer Xiaomi has reduced the price of its Xiaomi Robot Vacuum E12 to nearly 73 euros on online retailer AliExpress.
The discount applies during the Local Shipping Day promotional event running on AliExpress from September 1 to September 7. Buyers can reach the reduced price by applying the promotional code ESFS06 at checkout alongside PayPal payment discounts, which offer savings of 8 euros on orders over 100 euros and 15 euros on orders reaching 150 euros.
The device normally retails for around 140 euros on Xiaomi's official online store. Writing for Spanish news publication La Razón, reporter Manuel Sifontes noted that the promotion places the vacuum cleaner among the lowest-priced smart home cleaning options currently available on major e-commerce platforms.
Xiaomi is a Beijing-headquartered consumer electronics firm that produces smartphones, smart home devices, and connected appliances. AliExpress is an international online shopping marketplace operated by Chinese e-commerce group Alibaba.
Cleaning performance and suction specifications
The Xiaomi Robot Vacuum E12 features a rated suction power of 4,000 Pascals. That level of suction allows the machine to remove fine dust from tile grooves, breadcrumbs, and pet hair from living room floors, thin carpets, and high-traffic household areas.
Pascal is a standard unit of pressure used in appliance specifications to measure vacuum suction force. Higher Pascal ratings indicate stronger air intake capacity for pulling debris from surfaces.
The unit combines a 400-milliliter solid dust container with a 200-milliliter water compartment. This dual-tank configuration enables simultaneous dry sweeping and wet mopping in a single continuous pass, removing surface marks and footprints without requiring separate cleaning cycles.
Battery capacity and navigation features
Power is supplied by a 2,600 mAh battery that provides up to 110 minutes of continuous operation in standard cleaning mode. The runtime allows the appliance to cover medium and large apartments on a single charge.
If the battery level drops below safety thresholds during a routine, the device automatically returns to its charging dock to recharge its energy cells.
The chassis stands 8 centimeters tall, allowing the vacuum to clean underneath low-clearance furniture such as beds, sofas, and cabinets. Navigation relies on anti-collision sensors and cliff-detection sensors that prevent falls near staircases or impacts with chair legs. While the model lacks high-end laser mapping systems, it uses a zig-zag movement algorithm to navigate spaces in an orderly pattern.
Smart app controls and delivery details
Users can connect the vacuum to a smartphone using Xiaomi's Mi Home application. The app allows users to schedule cleaning times, adjust water flow levels based on flooring material, and monitor cleaning progress remotely.
Orders placed during the promotional period are fulfilled from domestic warehouses. Sifontes reported that domestic shipping ensures delivery within a few business days without additional customs duties or hidden fees, backed by return guarantees from the retailer.
