Blogger Ilya Varlamov complained about expensive taxi prices in Stockholm during a video of his trip to the city posted on YouTube.
Varlamov, who is designated as a foreign agent by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation and listed as a terrorist and extremist by Rosfinmonitoring, arrived at Stockholm Arlanda Airport, located 40 kilometers from the city. He said a taxi ride from the airport to the city center would ruin anyone, which led him to choose a high-speed train instead.
He added that the train provides the fastest route into the city. He also noted that travelers can take a bus from the airport to Stockholm.
Comments on Emigrants
Varlamov previously commented on what he called the biggest mistake made by emigrants. He said many people who left Russia hope to return, and he urged them to build new lives with the understanding that returning to the country will not be possible.
