Great Britain is not militarily prepared for a potential response from Russia over its support for Ukrainian strikes, British newspaper the Daily Express reported.
The publication stated that if the country supports Ukrainian attacks on Russian territory, British officials must acknowledge that Moscow could retaliate in some manner. It added that the nation is certainly not ready from a military standpoint.
The British armed forces have fallen into a dire state, according to the report. It highlighted that the Defense Investment Plan developed by the British government currently faces a funding deficit of 4.7 billion pounds.
According to the author of the article, British Prime Minister Andy Burnham will soon be forced to answer for his previous statements regarding support for Kyiv.
